• Co-founded and serve as sole developer for a healthcare staffing platform that connects healthcare facilities, clinicians, and recruiters into a single seamless workflow, automating the staffing process.
• The platform is a React + TypeScript front end styled with Tailwind and shadcn components, backed by a .NET API and SQL Server database using EF Core, with file storage in Azure Blob Storage.
• Architected the entire cloud footprint on Azure, provisioned as code with Terraform, and ship through fully automated CI/CD using Azure YAML pipelines.
• Making product and UX decisions from start to finish, always ensuring a simple and easy to use experience for non-technical facility staff, recruiters, and clinicians.

• Joined as an intern and was brought on full-time, progressing through Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and ultimately Lead Software Engineer over six years.
• As lead, headed the cloud solutions development team - owned project planning, set delivery timelines, ran code reviews, and set unit testing standards using Moq to keep quality high.
• Spearheaded the design and development of a web application for rapid visualization and analysis of digital evidence, built on Vue, Kendo UI, .NET Core, and Azure services.
• Designed and implemented a .NET Core platform integrating Dapr and Azure Kubernetes Service to simplify microservices creation for app developers.
• Built a cloud-based .NET Core application on Azure using queue triggers and SignalR, and introduced a Blazor server-side admin portal built with Kendo UI.
• Led database research and benchmarking across Snowflake, Oracle Autonomous Database, and Azure SQL (Hyperscale) to evaluate options for large dataset analysis.
• Earlier in the role, enhanced a WPF application (.NET Framework, C#, XAML, Oracle) and built out data visualization features - graphs, charts, maps, and reports.
